Malini Awasthi performs in Varanasi, makes Antim Nisha memorable
Mahashivratri Music Festival was being organised in the Varanasi for the last 6 days. There was an event called Antim Nisha too, that was organised on Tuesday evening at the Rajghat. Famous singer Padmashree Malini Awasthi performed on the occasion. She mesmerized everyone with her Holi songs.
Beautiful performance by the folk singer
Dr Neelkanth Tiwari, the Tourism and Religious work state minister of Uttar Pradesh was also present on the occasion. Even Deepak Agarwal, the Divisional Commissioner was also present in the event. Malini Awasthi made the Antim Nisha event memorable for everyone with her beautiful performance on Holi songs.
Called upon the children on stage
When Malini Awasthi started singing the love song ‘Reliya bairan Piya ko liye Jaye Re’, everyone just forgot themselves and started singing and dancing on her tune. During Antim Nisha event Malini Awasthi also called upon many children on the stage and provided them with an opportunity to perform with her.

Everyone loved the songs
Everyone loved the song ‘Holi Khele Masane mein’ by the famous folk singer. Malini Awasthi also presented the famous Holi song ‘Rangva auri aabir khelab bhijali badanwa.’ Audience loved this song very much and they started shouting once more… once more.

Malini Awasthi said that it was always special for her to perform in the Varanasi. She always waits for such opportunity to perform in the City. While talking to media Malini Awasthi also said that on the name of freedom of expression any attack on Indian culture and traditions can not be tolerated.
